Across each of the three research trees there are four major milestones for each, called tiers. Each individual discipline's milestones steadily get more difficult, saving the most daunting tasks for last. As such, we have constructed a reward structure, inline with that concept. Each completed milestone will count towards the total completion, and as the total number of completed milestones increases, so do the rewards.

If 3 tiers or more are completed: 25 Licenses per contributor.
If 6 tiers or more are completed: TREM fees will be waived for a measurable amount of time.
If 8 tiers or more are completed: 100 Licenses per contributor.
If 10 tiers or more are completed: We will publicly release all of the Auxiliary Fleet data from all previous Community Missions.
And if all 12 tiers are completed: Across all Exogen missions, license costs only will be reduced by 25% for a measurable amount of time.

Additionally, many new technological innovations are to come of this project, and these will be made available for all Exogen corporations, to do with what they please. Many of the new developments will have additional benefits to other operations than those conducted by ARCs, such as increased travel ranges, cost reductions, and other beneficial changes. Information about these will be made available as tiers are completed.
